How long does it take to get my order? Our process is built for speed. Production typically takes just 1-3 business days. After that, shipping time depends on your location:
- Within the USA, EU: Our free standard shipping arrives in just 3-7 business days.
- International Orders: We offer free standard shipping worldwide. For faster delivery to the US, UK, and other select countries, you can upgrade to our express service at checkout for delivery in just 2-3 business days.
Where do you ship from? All of our stickers are produced and shipped from our single location in Kaunas, Lithuania. We control the entire process to ensure the highest European quality from start to finish.
Do you offer express shipping? Yes! While our standard EU shipping is already fast and tracked, we also offer an express upgrade for customers in the European Union, United States, and the United Kingdom. This premium service delivers in just 2-3 working days.
Do you ship outside of the EU? Absolutely, we ship worldwide! We offer a free standard shipping option for all international destinations. For customers in the US and UK, we also provide a fully tracked express shipping option for much faster delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged? Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your stickers arrive in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will work with you to find a resolution you're happy with, whether it's a prompt replacement or a refund.
What if my package gets lost? Don't worry! While very rare, shipping mishaps can happen. Since all of our EU shipments are tracked, we can easily locate your package. If it is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement immediately. For international orders, please contact us, and we will work together to make things right.
